Privacy Notice ↗

Your service, clearly defined.

This document brings together account requirements, service arrangements, charges and your rights. Read it with your service schedule and keep a copy for your records.

01About these terms

1.1 These Terms of Service explain the conditions on which World Interactive LLC (the Company, we, us or our) provides the sureaddress website, customer accounts and any address and mail services expressly confirmed in a service agreement. You means the account holder or contracting customer.

1.2 Read these terms together with your order confirmation, any location-specific service schedule and our Privacy Notice. Keep a copy of the documents that apply to your order. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over any inconsistent contractual wording.

1.3 Your order confirmation identifies the services included in your agreement and when they begin. Choosing a plan and creating an account starts the application process; your service begins on the confirmed activation date.

02Definitions & contract documents

Account
Your authenticated sureaddress profile and associated preferences, verification and service records.
Assigned address
The full postal address confirmed for your account by the Company.
Service period
The start and end dates of an activated monthly or annual service term.
Service credit
An amount allocated to your account that can be applied to eligible service charges.
Mail handling
Forwarding, scanning, storage or collection arrangements expressly included in an agreed service schedule.

2.1 An order confirmation must identify the contracting entity, selected service, address, fees, applicable taxes, service period and cancellation arrangements. A specific written service schedule prevails over general descriptions where the documents differ, subject always to applicable law.

03Registration & account security

3.1 Provide your full name, an email address you control and accurate information about your requirements. You must have legal capacity to enter the agreement and authority to act for anyone whose information you provide. The service is intended for adults.

3.2 Keep your password and recovery code confidential. A recovery code is displayed when created and may be needed to regain access. Notify the Company promptly if your account may have been accessed without permission. You are responsible for instructions you authorise, but are not automatically liable for every unauthorised use of your credentials.

3.3 An account does not by itself reserve an address or begin a paid term. The Company may ask you to correct incomplete information before progressing your application.

04Identity review & activation

4.1 Registration requires a UK passport upload before the account can proceed to payment or service-credit activation. Submit a clear JPG, PNG or PDF of the passport photo page, no larger than 5 MB, using the upload facility in your account.

4.2 Uploading a document places the application into verification check. Approval is a separate administrator decision. File acceptance or an on-screen submission message does not confirm that review has been completed.

4.3 You must be approved and have an assigned address before an administrator can activate service using sufficient service credit. Your profile displays the resulting status and period. A requested start date is a preference until the Company confirms an actual start date.

4.4 Contact the Company if a document or account entry is inaccurate. Do not upload another person's passport without their authority, or altered documents intended to misrepresent identity.

05Your assigned address

5.1 Use only the complete address and recipient name confirmed for your account. Let senders know promptly when your service ends or an agreed address changes.

5.2 The agreed service covers receipt and handling of correspondence within its stated scope. Acceptance of an address by a bank, public authority or other organisation is determined by that organisation. Provide accurate information about your circumstances and check the requirements of the application you are making.

5.3 Address and mail services are separate from accommodation, tenancy rights, immigration permissions and tax status. Any right to occupy premises, use a registered office or obtain a particular certification must be expressly granted under a separate applicable agreement; it is not created by an account entry.

5.4 Additional recipient names, business use and unusual delivery arrangements require confirmation in your service schedule. Do not represent the Company as your agent for matters beyond the agreed mail service.

06Mail receipt, forwarding & storage

6.1 Your mail-handling service schedule specifies accepted items, collection arrangements, turnaround times, storage allowances and handling charges. The available handling preferences are forwarding, scan and email, and collection.

6.2 Forwarding requires an accurate delivery address and payment of agreed postage and handling charges. Carrier restrictions and destination-country requirements apply. Tracking or additional cover must be requested and confirmed where available.

6.3 A scanning instruction authorises opening and reproducing the relevant correspondence for delivery to you. You should identify sensitive originals and agree how they will be retained or forwarded. Destruction of originals requires an agreed instruction and retention procedure.

6.4 We may decline dangerous, unlawful, perishable, oversized or otherwise unsupported items. Mail must not be disposed of merely because a payment is disputed; any return or disposal procedure must follow the agreement, reasonable notice and applicable law.

07Plans, prices & additional charges

7.1 Subscription prices are shown below in pounds sterling. Your order confirmation states the total price, applicable taxes and any additional charges before a payment commitment is made.

Subscription plans
PlanPriceBilling period
Monthly address & mail£14.99One month
Yearly address & mail£127.49One year

7.2 Forwarding, scanning, excess storage, additional names and other optional services can carry separate fees. We will disclose the relevant price and obtain your agreement before an additional charge is incurred. No optional paid service is accepted merely by leaving a box selected.

7.3 A transaction marked Paid records a payment entered for your account. A sureaddress reference identifies the account transaction; it is not a payment-card authorisation or a statement issued by a bank. Raise any duplicate or incorrect entry with the Company.

08Service credit, periods & renewal

8.1 Service credit is recorded separately from cash payments. The account system allows an administrator to allocate credit and apply one monthly or annual plan charge when activating an eligible account. Any unused balance stays on the account.

8.2 Adding credit during an active period does not automatically extend that period. The profile shows the current service dates; sufficient remaining credit can be applied to a subsequent term after expiry. Online recurring card billing is not currently enabled.

8.3 Promotional credit is not represented as a cash payment. Restrictions on transfer, expiry or refunds of a particular credit must be disclosed when it is granted and cannot override mandatory rights relating to money you have paid.

8.4 Before introducing automatic renewal or a new payment arrangement, the Company must explain the amount, frequency, authorisation and cancellation mechanism. This document alone does not authorise future card charges.

09Customer responsibilities & acceptable use

9.1 Keep recipient names, contact details and forwarding instructions accurate. Check your account for changes to service status and maintain access to the email address used for your account.

9.2 You must not use the service to impersonate another person, submit misleading applications, receive prohibited goods, facilitate fraud or evade a legal obligation. Do not attempt to access another customer's account or interfere with the website or verification process.

9.3 Send only information needed to administer your service. Do not include passwords, card security codes or unrelated identity documents in general enquiries. Use the dedicated passport upload facility for verification documents.

10Cancellation & consumer rights

10.1 For a qualifying consumer service contract concluded at a distance, you normally have 14 days after the day the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. Tell the Company clearly that you are cancelling; the model wording below is optional.

10.2 If you expressly request service to start during that period, a proportionate charge for service supplied before cancellation may apply where the legal conditions are met. The right to cancel can be lost on full performance only with the required prior consent and acknowledgement.

10.3 Refunds due following a statutory cancellation will be made within the applicable deadline, normally 14 days after notification, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without additional cost to you.

10.4 After a cooling-off period, cancellation and any refund for unused service follow your agreed schedule, subject to statutory rights. Cancellation charges must be fair and reflect a justified loss; a blanket “no refunds” rule does not remove those rights.

See the Consumer Contracts Regulations and official cancellation guidance.

11Suspension & termination

11.1 The Company may suspend affected services where reasonably necessary to investigate a security issue, unresolved identity concern, unlawful use or material non-payment. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it.

11.2 A minor breach that can be corrected should normally be addressed by notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy it. Immediate action may be appropriate for a serious risk to customers, staff, premises or the integrity of the service.

11.3 On termination, stop using the address and arrange a new destination for mail. The Company should confirm the treatment of remaining mail, outstanding fees and any refund due. Ending service does not automatically erase records that must be retained for a justified purpose.

12Our responsibilities & liability

12.1 Services must be performed with reasonable care and skill. Where we fail to meet an applicable obligation, your legal remedies are preserved, including any right to repeat performance or an appropriate price reduction.

12.2 We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use the required care and skill. An external carrier or hosting provider does not automatically remove our responsibility for our own obligations.

12.3 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12.4 If an event outside our reasonable control affects service, we will take reasonable steps to limit its effect and explain the available arrangements. This does not create an unrestricted right to keep payment for a service that cannot be supplied.

Your statutory service rights are described in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

13Information, privacy & intellectual property

13.1 The Privacy Notice explains the account information, verification documents and activity records processed through the website. Acknowledging that notice is not blanket consent to unrelated data uses or marketing.

13.2 The website's branding, text and software belong to their respective owners. You may view the website and retain copies of your own service documents for lawful personal or business administration. You must not copy or reuse protected material beyond permission or an applicable legal exception.

13.3 Your documents remain yours. You give the Company the permissions needed to perform the specific verification and mail-handling instructions you authorise; this is not a general licence to exploit their contents.

14Changes & communications

14.1 The version shown in your agreed service documents governs that agreement unless a change is lawfully agreed. An updated website page does not retrospectively rewrite your payment history or remove an accrued right.

14.2 Material changes to price, service scope or renewal arrangements will be explained before they take effect, with any right to cancel required by the agreement or law. Urgent security or legal changes may require a different timetable.

14.3 Keep your contact details current. An in-account status and an email are different delivery methods: your account displays service status changes. Check your account for the latest information.

15Complaints & resolving problems

15.1 Raise a concern using the Company's confirmed support contact, quoting your account email and relevant sureaddress reference. Explain what happened and the resolution you seek. Do not send a passport or full payment credentials unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure channel.

15.2 We will consider the information supplied, investigate the relevant records and explain the outcome. If a complaint cannot be resolved, we will provide information about any applicable dispute-resolution body and whether we are required or willing to participate.

15.3 You do not lose access to a court or a statutory remedy by making a complaint. No compulsory private arbitration requirement is imposed by these terms.

16General provisions & governing law

16.1 The service agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you remain unaffected.

16.2 If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue so far as they can do so fairly and lawfully. A delay in enforcing a right does not itself waive that right.

16.3 The Company may transfer a service agreement only in a way that does not reduce your contractual or statutory rights. Any material effect on your service will be explained. You may not transfer your account to another person without an agreed identity and service review.

17Model cancellation wording
